UTrano Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Norway

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

European Union

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary by country and carrier availability

United Kingdom & Switzerland

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
  • Please note that customs clearance may add 1–3 additional business days

Rest of World (USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, Asia-Pacific, etc.)

  • Standard shipping: 14–26 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping Free shipping is available on all orders over $145 USD to EU destinations and select other regions. The free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.

Address Corrections Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. UTrano is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. Contact us immediately at support@utrano.com if a correction is needed.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@utrano.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders Pre-order and back-order items will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated dispatch dates are noted on the product page.

1.I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
As Above, Please allow 3-5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

2. HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
The Average transit times on orders to over than 40 countries  take 14-26 Business days to arrive. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays,weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages willarrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays thatour carriers mayexperience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; thedelivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has alreadyshipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

4. HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to yourorder confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify usimmediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24hours.

5. MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report thataround 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

6. FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more thanone item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, youwill receive your other items shortly after.If this happens to you, pleasecontact uswith:-Your order number.-A picture of the damaged product.Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
